Activating Premium on a TV
Premium isn't on sale yet. These steps are for when it opens, or if you were given Premium as a tester.
- Buy Premium on noctuneapp.com with your Noctune account.
- On the TV, open Settings → Noctune Premium and choose Activate Premium on this TV. It shows a QR code and an 8-character code.
- Scan the QR code with your phone, or go to noctuneapp.com/activate and type the code.
- Sign in, check the TV's name, and choose Activate this TV. The TV switches to Premium within a few seconds.
Codes expire after 15 minutes and work once. If yours expired, show a new one on the TV. You never type your Noctune password on the TV.
Subscription and devices
- Premium covers up to 5 TVs. See and manage them in your account.
- Removing a TV frees its slot straight away. The TV itself switches to Free the next time it checks in: when Noctune starts, or within 12 hours while it's running. A TV that stays offline can keep Premium for up to 7 days.
- Replacing a TV: when all slots are used, the activation page lets you pick a TV to replace in one step.
- Cancelling: in your account, choose Cancel subscription. Premium continues until the date shown, then stops renewing.
- Payment method and invoices: Manage billing in your account opens our payment provider's secure page.
- Failed payment: Premium continues for a short grace period while the payment is retried. Update your card under Manage billing.
- Noctune's TV allowance is separate from your IPTV provider's connection limit.
Organising channels
Open Settings → Organise playlists.
- Press OK on rows to select them. Use search or a category to narrow the list, then choose Hide, Show or Favourite. Undo reverses the last change.
- Hidden channels are listed under Hidden, where you can show them again. They stay hidden after a playlist refresh.
- Check channels tests the selected channels one at a time. Results describe the moment of the check: a channel marked inconclusive or unavailable may work later. Nothing is hidden automatically.
- Settings → Channel versions suggests SD/HD/FHD copies of the same channel. Nothing is grouped until you confirm it, and Ungroup restores the separate channels.
- Hiding whole categories needs Premium; hiding channels doesn't.
