Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelling Premium

  1. Sign in at noctuneapp.com and open Account.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
  • Your subscription stops renewing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for; the exact date is shown in your account.
  • You can undo the cancellation before that date with Resume subscription.
  • When Premium ends, your TVs switch to Noctune Free. Playlists, profiles and settings remain on the TV.
  • Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately.

Refunds

Right of withdrawal (EU and similar consumer rules)

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, Premium stays active for up to 7 days while the payment is retried. Update your payment method under Account → Manage billing.
